Security on Swedish terms
Secure Meeting is developed to meet both Swedish and European requirements for data protection, confidentiality and information security. The platform is a direct response to the increased uncertainty surrounding foreign cloud services such as Teams and Zoom, which are subject to US legislation that potentially threatens the privacy and availability of European customers.
All data processed in Secure Meeting is handled and stored exclusively within the borders of Sweden – under Swedish law.

Split Visions Secure Meeting is a complete solution for organizations that value privacy, control, and easy access to their meetings. The service works as a complement to your regular video conferencing platform and is especially suited for extra sensitive, important, or security-critical meetings and user groups.
In partnership with Safespring and Pexip , Split Visions delivers the Secure Meeting service for secure meetings where you can trust that users are identified and that the entire service is provided by Swedish companies, in Sweden, and only under Swedish law, in a dynamically scalable cloud platform.
All operations and support are handled by Split Visions, giving you a seamless, stable and efficient communications solution that always meets your security and compliance requirements.
A safer alternative to Teams and Zoom
Unlike American cloud services, Secure Meeting is built to meet both EU and Swedish data protection and information security requirements. With full control over data flows and Swedish operations, data protection impact assessments (DPIA) are easy to conduct and the need for data transfer impact assessments (TIA) is eliminated. The suitability assessment according to § 10.2ai of the Public Access and Secrecy Act is also easy to conduct because other countries' legislation does not need to be taken into account and the duty of confidentiality according to § 44.5 applies to all personnel who handle the service.
