Secure Meeting is a cloud-based video conferencing and collaboration platform developed by Split Visions. To use the service, an active account and acceptance of these terms are required.

2. Account & Access

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

Only authorized users are allowed to participate in meetings.

Split Visions reserves the right to suspend accounts if unauthorized activity is suspected.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for illegal, offensive or copyrighted material without permission.

Recording meetings requires the consent of all participants.

4. Limitation of liability

Split Vision's liability is limited to direct damage caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost data or lost business opportunities.

5. Service interruptions & maintenance

We strive for high availability, but planned downtime may occur.

In the event of unplanned disruptions, we will inform registered users as soon as possible.

6. Privacy & Security

All communication is encrypted end-to-end.

We use multi-factor authentication and role-based access controls.

7. Price & payment

The service is offered according to the subscription or agreement you have signed.

The due date is stated on the invoice. In the event of late payment, the account may be blocked.

8. Changes to the terms and conditions

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date indicated.

Continued use after updating means you accept the new terms.

9. Applicable law & dispute resolution

Swedish law applies to these terms and conditions.

Disputes are decided by Swedish general courts, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
